Booking Terms & Conditions

Standard check-in time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability. Your cooperation is appreciated. Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at the guest’s disposal (air conditioning will not function in hilly areas). Package rates are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic issues, hotel/flight overbookings, flight cancellations or rerouting, and entry restrictions at destinations. While we will make every effort to arrange suitable alternatives, Serenity Journeys shall not be held responsible for refunds or compensation arising from such situations. We reserve the right to cancel bookings even after payment has been accepted, without providing a reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the guest. Any guest displaying inappropriate behavior, including physical or verbal assault towards the tour manager or actions that disrupt the group, may be dismissed from the tour without a refund. Changes to hotel accommodations or tour itineraries may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.

General Terms

Once booked, registrations cannot be canceled, transferred, or exchanged. In case of a vehicle breakdown, travelers are required to wait for necessary repairs. Travelers are solely responsible for their personal safety and belongings. Serenity Journeys is not liable for any theft, loss, injury, or legal issues, including carrying banned substances or engaging in unlawful activities during the tour.
